We have come together with a range of public, private and voluntary sector partners to provide employment opportunities, with related support, to Hong Kong BN(O) residents who have re-located to the North West of England.
For Hong Kong BN(O) nationals, this initiative provides a list of vacancies with employers who have committed to providing good job opportunities in a supportive environment.
For employers, this initiative provides an easy and direct way to communicate your job opportunities to Hong Kong BN(O) nationals coming to the UK. The site also provides a wide range of information on further support that your new colleagues may find helpful.
This scheme is a practical way for businesses to support Hong Kong BN(O) residents coming to the North-West of England. By providing meaningful work at the real living wage, we can help people integrate more easily into the settled community.
The project is delivered by The Growth Company and is funded by the Department for Levelling-up, Housing & Communities through the Hong Kong Welcome Programme Regional VCSE Grant Scheme Year 3 in the North-West of England - in partnership with the North-West Strategic Migration Partnership.

This scheme is designed for Hong Kong BN(O) residents who have settled in the UK. This status grants them the right to work and seek employment, facilitating their transition into the UK workforce and ensuring they can access employment opportunities in their new home.

The purpose of the site is to proactively connect businesses who support Hongkongers with those looking for work.
Although this scheme promotes roles for Hong Kong BN(O) residents, these roles will also be available to other job seekers.
